California releases new photo of Charles Manson, now 77

Once again, Charles Manson is up for parole, and in advance of next week’s parole hearing, the state of California released the most recent photo of Charles Manson, now 77 and looking genuinely old. His hair has grown back out, now long and gray like his long beard. His trademark swastika forehead tattoo is still visible in his forehead wrinkles.
